Dr. Carling McCrea is a clinical associate of anesthesia in the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences. Dr. McCrea is from Saskatoon, Sask., and completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. She practised as a general practitioner for four years where she took special interest in anesthesia and pain management. Dr. McCrea returned to the WCVM and was a clinicial associate for thrree years before beginning a combined Master of Science-residency program. She completed her MSc-residency program in anesthesia in 2026.
